I didn't come to astrology looking for answers. I came with questions the textbooks weren't finishing.

My first language was psychology — a B.S. in it, with a minor in Religious Studies and a certificate in Mental Health & Spirituality from Missouri State. I spent years studying how minds make meaning: attachment, temperament, the stories we inherit and the ones we author. What kept surfacing, in the research and in real life, was that people don't just want to be explained. They want a language spacious enough to hold who they're becoming.

Astrology turned out to be that language — not as prophecy, but as one of the oldest structured vocabularies for the self that humans have ever built. So I studied it the way I was trained to study anything: seriously. Eight years across traditions, from modern psychological approaches back to Hellenistic technique — the ancient system with its own internal logic, rigor, and receipts.

Off Orbit Club is where those two trainings meet. The name is honest about the position: one foot in the empirical world, one foot in the symbolic one, orbiting both without fully landing in either. I think that's exactly where the useful conversations happen.
